       Accounting Manager

Responsible for the day to day accounting functions that includes supervision and preparation of financial statements, financial planning & analysis, budgeting and management accounts. The successful candidate will lead a team of experienced accounting/costing personnel and accountabilities include :-
èCoordinate and prepare the periodical reports including forecasts to meet local and Group’s reporting requirements
èPreparation of management accounts including review and analysis of monthly operating and financial results and providing advice on areas for improvement
èEnforcement of the ALCOM’s policies, standards and processes including internal controls across all business units
èProvide financial/accounting support to business units and take ownership of the management accounting process including tracking of major cost drivers
èLiaise with external auditors and other external parties to fulfill regulatory compliance
èRepresent Finance department in cross functional continuous improvement initiatives
èEnhance work efficiency by developing effective financial reporting system which ensures timeliness and accuracy
èAble to attend to any ad-hoc tasks / analysis requested by the management from time to time

Requirements :
This is a highly visible position and your expertise will be challenged as you interface regularly with senior management as well as a wide range of business unit leaders. Requirements include :-
èA professional qualification i.e. CIMA/ACCA/ACA or a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
èPossess at least 10 years of experience which includes exposure in manufacturing industry
èConversant with MFRS
èExperienced in leading, motivating and supporting an accounting team
èHave strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
èPossess good analytical, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
èExperience in SAP would be an added advantage

2.       Senior Accountant

 Responsibility :
èFull spectrum of accounting, banking, and taxation functions for a wholly owned subsidiary
èTimely and accurate preparation of financial and statutory reports
èPreparation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets
èReview and implement improvement to policies, internal controls, systems & processes
èLiaise with 3rd parties for operational and compliance requirements
èAdvice management on decision making by providing relevant management information

Requirements :
èA professional qualification i.e. CIMA/ACCA/ACA or a Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance.
è5-8 years related accounting / costing experience in manufacturing environment preferably with a multinational company.
èExperience in leading small Accounting team
èKnowledge of MFRS      
èDetailed, analytical, able to multitask and handle pressure well
èHigh level of integrity, self motivated, independent, hands on, result driven with a proven track record
èGood written and spoken English

3.       Sales Executive (3 Positions)

Responsibility :
èSustaining the current business with existing customers and develop new business net work.
èLiaising with related internal department to ensure customer’s needs are met. 
èGathering market and customer intelligence for strategic planning.
èIdentifying new markets and business opportunities.
èExecuting plan to achieve the monthly sales forecast.

Requirements (Other Products):
èAt least 5 years work experience, preferably with a multinational company.
èCommitment to service excellence and determination to excel in a demanding, target driven environment.
èCandidates should possess at least bachelor’s degree, post graduate diploma, professional degree in any field.
èExcellent interpersonal and team work skills and fluent written and spoken English.
èAbility of communicating in Japanese would be an added advantage.
èDemonstrate effective problem solving and analytical skills.
èPreference for action, accountability and developing alternatives and solution.

Requirement (Roofing)
èAt least 5 years work experience, preferably with Building & Construction related field
èCommitment to service excellence and determination to excel in a demanding, target driven environment.
èCandidates should possess at least diploma / bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Building Technology / Construction Management or equivalent..
èClose liaison with clients, consultants and management of sub contractors
èExcellent leadership quality, posses goof interpersonal & organizational skills.

4.       Position : Maintenance Engineer

Responsibility :
Develop and execute maintenance and engineering strategy to meet operational goals and achieving business objectives. Major areas of accountability:-
è Responsible to plan and schedule the planned maintenance activities through CMMS system ( SAP or Maximo).
è To be the main liaison person between reliability team, operations , supply chain  and external supplier
è Establish, maintain and improve the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling business flow process
è Develop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work
è Responsible for up-keep and accuracy of equipment maintenance history and job records database
è Responsible for up-keep and accuracy of technical information on processes, plant and equipment
è Apply good stores management practices and parts management to ensure parts and equipment retain full reliability while stored
è Continually improving planning, scheduling, purchasing, stores, data management and job reporting systems to increase planning effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements :
èMust possess BSc ( Hons) Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronic/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university
èPossess 1 year experience in planner role using CMMS (SAP or Maximo)
èExcellent communication skills
èMust be fluent in BM and English
èExperience in heavy industry
5.       Sr. Electrical Engineer

Responsibility :
Develop and execute maintenance and engineering strategy to meet operational goals and achieving business objectives. Major areas of accountability:-
è Supervise daily electrical & electronic schedule maintenance works to ensure that all machine centers are functioning efficiently
èTo ensure electrical and electronic spares are always available
èTo minimize downtime thru an effective preventive maintenance and improvement projects
èTo rectify electrical and electronic problem

Requirements :
èCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Electrical or Electronic
èMinimum 5 years of experience in MNC Company in maintenance of heavy industrial equipment
èRelated experience in heavy industry will be an added advantage

6.       Assistant R&D Director

Responsibility :
èArranging the testing of products or materials Coating Material for aluminium
èCollaborating with Novelis Research & Development Center based in Atlanta Developing innovative methods to improve existing products
èDeveloping specialist skills and expertise
èDevelopment of new products, techniques or systems to specification and within budgets
èEffective documentation of findings, including accurately writing up findings and authoring papers or books
èExtrapolating data to develop theories to explain phenomena
èGenerating data to substantiate claims regarding the safety and efficacy of new products (this applies particularly to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector)
èEnsuring that the manufacture of new products and materials can be carried out without problems regardless of scale
èLeading  and guiding engineers 
èPlanning and conducting experiments to investigate and analyse phenomena
èWorking within health and safety regulations
èAssisting the Commercial department through regular communications 

èMaster  in Chemical Engineering
èCandidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience in Research & Development department
èAn emphasis on achievement of results and both energy and enthusiasm to ensure that objectives are met
èOrganisational skills, to deal with a diverse range of challenges
