Result Medical Check Up

Alhamdulillah..
Syarikat tempat saya bekerja sekarang dan sebelum ini, 
ada memberikan benefit untuk pekerja melakukan medical check up setiap tahun.
So untuk company sekarang ini adalah kali pertama.
Nak cerita pasal result saya.

Saya antara orang terakhir yang buat medical check up bagi kalangan management.
Sepatutnya saya buat masa saya tengah maternity leave.
So saya join 2nd batch la.
Base on result kawan2 yang lain macam2 ada cholesterol tinggi, gula tinggi, uric acid tinggi.
So i think that i should be around that la because i'm not so good in controlling my diet.
I baham almost all.

Urine and blood sample diambil right after i'm coming back from my maternity leave, around June la.
And the xray, lung test, weight and another few test on the same day i pegi ambil result, it's around 3rd week of bulan puasa.
The best thing is my weight is reduce a few kg during fasting month.
ohooooo.. but still over weight base on my BMI calculation 
(Over for a few points only)

Others are OK.
Cholestrol, BP,Urine, glocose etc.

Except for my Uric Acid.
Normal range is 155-359 for female,
but my score are 437.

Banyak tu lebih.
Actually my a few years pass result also same uric acid high.
Ohhhoooo..
The doctor advice is i need to control my diet.
Too high of uric acid will cause gout.
Which means sakit and bengkak sendi.
One of young man in my office suffer the gout.
He same age with me and even he 1 day older than me.
Waa... make me scared.
My Hot Buddy Chinese Guy, Lee also have same result high uric acid.
U introduce the ikan keli to me punyer pasal la..!!!
Heee.. No lah even before i eat ikan keli also i have uric acid high.

So saya tanya pakcik google makanan yang patut dielakkan bagi mengawal tahap uric acid.

NO NO if You Have GOUT or High Uric Acid:
  • The NUMBER ONE on my list is ALCOHOL!!!!
  • Anchovies
  • Gravies
  • Herring, Sardines
  • Mussels or Tahong
  • Internal Organs like liver, kidney
  • Dinuguan, Chicharon Bulaklak
  • Mackerel
  • Patis and Soya Products
  • Bacon and scallops
Use in Moderation:
  • Crabs, Oysters, Shrimps, and eel
  • Poultry and Meat incluidng soup and broth
  • Oatmeal
  • Certain Veggies like asparagus, spinach, mushroom and cauliflower
  • Legumes like beans or lentils

Recommended foods to eat -
  • Fresh cherries, strawberries, blueberries and other red-blue berries
  • Bananas
  • Celery
  • Tomatoes
  • Vegetables including cabbage and parsley
  • Foods high in bromelain (pineapple)
  • Foods high in vitamin C (red cabbage, red bell peppers, tangerines, mandarins, oranges, potatoes)
  • Low-fat dairy products
  • Complex carbohydrates (breads, cereals)
  • Chocolate, cocoa
  • Coffee, tea



Ermm.. Kena watch out my diet la before too late.
Muda-muda lagi da macam ni,
anak baru 2 macamana nak wresling dengan anak kalau da masuk 4-5-6-7-8-9-10.. Anak kucing.. Heeeee
